Game Terms and Conditions
“Satisfaction Survey – sites devoted to the memory of the Battle of
Normandy”
Article 1: Organisation
The simplified joint-stock company SYMBIAL, a company registered in the Paris Trade and Company Register under the number 381 209 311, whose head office is located 57 Rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 PARIS, organises a game from May, 6th to October, 31st 2022, for which participation is entirely free and with no obligation to purchase.
Article 2: Participation conditions
This game is open to all individuals aged over 18, regardless of where they live, who participate in the face-to-face or online survey on the sites devoted to the memory of the Battle of Normandy.
Individuals who have not provided full details and identity or who have provided them inaccurately or falsely will be disqualified, as will individuals who refuse to accept the collection, recording and use of their personal data.
Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with the said Terms and Conditions shall result in automatic cancellation of participation in this game.
Article 3: Game rules
To take part in this game, participants must complete the “REMEMBRANCE TOURISM IN NORMANDY” survey available on digital media or administered face-to-face and provide a valid e-mail address. Participation in this game is limited to one entry per person.
The winners will be drawn at random from among all the participants who have correctly filled in their details. They will be notified by e-mail by the organiser. The draws for 2022 will take place: 8th July, 8th September, and 9th November.
Article 4: The draw
The winners will be the individuals drawn at random from among the participants who correctly provided their e-mail address.
The winners will be personally notified of their prize by e-mail within 15 days of the draw. It will then be up to the winners to contact SYMBIAL by e-mail within one month after receiving the e-mail announcing they won. Winners will then be asked to provide their postal address in order to receive their prize.
Article 5:
If a winner does not contact SYMBIAL within one month after receiving this e-mail, he/she will be considered to have renounced his/her prize.
SYMBIAL shall not be held responsible in the event that the winner cannot be contacted for a reason beyond its control.
Article 6: Prize
The game is endowed with 30 VICTORY books, each worth 30 (thirty-five) euros.
Article 7:
The prizes offered to the winners may not be contested in any way whatsoever, nor may they be exchanged for their financial value or replaced for any reason whatsoever.
Article 8: Game modification and cancellation
SYMBIAL reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend, modify or postpone the game at any time should the circumstances so require, without being held liable on these grounds. As far as possible, these modifications or changes will be notified in advance by all appropriate means.
Article 9: Personal information
All information provided by participants is solely intended for use by SYMBIAL, the company responsible for the data processing. In compliance with the Law n°78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to Information Technology and Data Protection, modified by the Law of August 6th, 2004, the participants in the present game have the right to access, modify and delete their own data, which they can exercise by sending a written request to: SYMBIAL 57 Rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 PARIS.
Article 10: Game Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions will be available throughout the duration of the game at: www.symbial.fr/memoirenormandie. They may be sent by e-mail upon request at: ft@symbial.fr. No postal requests will be taken into account.
Article 11: Disputes
Any dispute or any case not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be decided by SYMBIAL, whose decisions shall be final.
Any dispute or claim relating to this game must be submitted in writing and sent to: SYMBIAL 57 Rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 PARIS and will not be taken into consideration after a period of one month after each draw and one month after the end of the game.
Article 12: Participation in this game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 13: These rules are subject to French law.
